Send your link to friends. When a friend signs up and finishes three steps in their first 7 days, you each earn a Mystery Box with a real US stock inside, worth up to $1,000. Invite up to 5 friends to earn up to 5 boxes.

How to Participate

If you are inviting

• Open the Invite a friend quest page and copy your link.
• Send it to your friends.
• Every friend who finishes all three steps in their first 7 days earns you both a box, up to 5 friends.

If you were invited

Sign up with your friend's link by November 3, then complete the Your invitation quest in your first 7 days:

1. Verify your identity.
2. Deposit $500 or more from outside Backpack and keep it on Backpack for 7 days.
3. Trade $5,000 in your first 7 days. Perps, spot and stocks all count. Stablecoin swaps do not.

How Boxes Work

• Every invitation is checked each week. If it passes, you and your friend each earn a Mystery Box with a real US stock inside.
• Referral boxes have their own odds: Rare 70% (about $5), Epic 22% (about $15), Legendary 7.5% (about $50), Hidden 0.5% (about $1,000). Values are approximate and move with the share price.

Terms and Conditions

• The campaign runs from October 21, 2026, 12:00 AM UTC to November 17, 2026, 11:59 PM UTC. Friends who sign up by November 3, 2026, 11:59 PM UTC count, and have 7 days from sign-up to finish the steps.
• Invited friends must sign up with the referral link or referral code and complete all three steps within 7 days of signing up: identity verification, a deposit of $500 or more from outside Backpack held on Backpack for 7 days, and $5,000 in trading volume across perps, spot and stocks. Stablecoin swaps do not count.
• Not available in the UK or the EEA. Accounts in the market maker program are not eligible.
• Invitations are checked weekly. Boxes are distributed after each check.
• Each referrer can earn a maximum of 5 boxes. One account per person.
• Reward values shown are approximate. The actual value of each reward depends on the share price at the time of distribution.
• If a participant is ineligible to receive stocks due to jurisdictional restrictions or other eligibility requirements, the reward will be automatically substituted with the equivalent value in USD.
• Backpack reserves the right to withhold rewards from or disqualify any participant suspected of abusive or manipulative activity, including one person using more than one account, wash trading, or artificial volume.
• Backpack may amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time. Backpack's decisions on reward eligibility, calculations, and campaign administration are final.
