Backpack now supports USDT0 deposits and withdrawals on Tempo, expanding  Backpack’s global stablecoin funding options. Fund your account with USDT0 over Tempo, then put that capital to work across crypto, perps, stocks, and yield, all within one account.

Tempo is a purpose-built Layer 1 for stablecoin payments, incubated by Stripe and Paradigm, with deterministic settlement in roughly 0.6 seconds and stablecoin-native gas so transfers are fast and fees can be paid in stablecoins, with no separate gas token. USDT0 is Tether’s omnichain USDT, built on LayerZero’s OFT standard and backed 1:1 by USDT, so it moves natively across chains without wrapping or bridging.
