Rebates are paid monthly in USD, equal to your net trading fees after any other rebates (like referral bonuses). If you pay $1,000 in fees but receive a $300 referral rebate, you'll get $700 rebate.
Q2.What defines a “new user”?
Any account that registers and makes its first deposit during the campaign period. Even accounts registered earlier (like in August) qualify if they never deposited before the campaign.
Q3. What are the wallet linking requirements?
Your Seeker wallet must be linked within 3 days of your first deposit. Wallets can be unlinked and re-linked to different accounts if needed through Linked Wallet → Settings.
Q4. When are rebates processed?
Rebates are processed monthly. October fees are rebated in November, November fees in December, etc.
Q5. Is API trading eligible for this campaign?
Yes, API trading volume fully counts toward campaign rebates.
