Monad is coming, and Backpack Wallet is ready. We’re excited to announce integration with the Monad blockchain, with testnet support already live. This update brings a unified, high-speed experience for Monad users, combining your wallet, exchange and portfolio management in one place and when the mainnet goes live on Monday, Nov 24th you’ll access it all seamlessly. Monad mainnet is coming and Backpack is the place where you will trade, interact and farm monad opportunities from day one.

Getting Started

1. Open or log in to Backpack Wallet. Complete verification if required in your region.
   
2. Import your Monad claim wallet address. Use the import tool to sync your EVM wallet.
   
3. Connect to Monad. From the network selector, choose Monad Testnet.
   
4. Explore and test. Try swaps, bridges, and trending tokens.
   
5. Get ready for mainnet. Full Monad support goes live on 24 November 2025 — your same wallet will be ready automatically.
   

Prepare for Mainnet:

You can import your existing Monad claim wallet addresses into Backpack Wallet today. Full Monad mainnet access and the Token Generation Event (TGE) are scheduled to go live on 24 November 2025. Your imported wallet will be automatically ready for the mainnet launch.

Monad Mayhem Rewards on Backpack Wallet and Exchange

Backpack is rolling out a set of ecosystem-wide reward programmes built around the Monad launch. Users can earn MON, CHOG, Chog NFTs and LIL STARTS NFTs through staking, swapping or trading activity across Backpack Wallet and Backpack Exchange. The Monad Mayhem activation inside Backpack Wallet includes two independent prize tracks where eligible users receive tickets based on their staking or swap volume and can win a share of $10,000 worth of MON plus 50 NFTs. Nad.fun is contributing an added $10,000 in CHOG for in-wallet CHOG volume. A separate trading campaign on Backpack Exchange will open soon, offering more ways to participate as Monad mainnet goes live.
